For the NPE series tankless water heaters, the NavieLink™ app offers a range of useful features:

• Activate your recirculation pump while on your way home or wirelessly from any room in your house (requires HotButton™ on-demand kit).
• Schedule your integrated recirculation pump by day and hour for ultimate comfort.
• Turn your unit on and off.
• Set your Domestic Hot Water (DHW) temperature remotely.
• Monitor 3 channels of up to 8 units cascaded together.
• Receive push notifications for diagnostic error codes.
• View total operating hours.
• Check live unit status, including error code notification/status, current gas usage, DHW set temperature, DHW temperature, DHW flow rate, inlet water temperature, and percentage of heating capacity.
• Access energy management software for daily and monthly gas usage, DHW usage time, and total on-demand usage.

The NPE-A series condensing tankless water heaters offer additional ComfortFlow technology for optimal performance.

The NPE-S series condensing tankless water heaters also offer the following features through the NavieLink™ app:

• Turn your unit on and off.
• Set your Domestic Hot Water (DHW) temperature remotely.
• Monitor 3 channels of up to 8 units cascaded together.
• Receive push notifications for diagnostic error codes.
• View total operating hours.
